The ChannelOnline team is pleased to announce the upcoming release of ChannelOnline 6.1. This release will roll out to all ChannelOnline customers on Friday, April 18, 2014. Many changes are in this release so please review the changes and/or attend the pre-release trainings.

ChannelOnline 6.1 Release - Scheduled for April 18, 2014

The 6.1 Release of ChannelOnline brings new document design and delivery features, plus a series of back-end changes to enhance functionality and the business process experience.

All Quote, Order, and Invoice documents have a new 'Activity' sub-tab to the right of the 'Sourcing - All Suppliers' sub-tab that provides a view of the who, what, and when about that document. Read more...

Footer Action Bar

The footer on all documents changed so that users can access it at anytime while working on a document. Read more...

Electronic Signature (E-Sign)

When working on a quote or proposal, a new delivery option called 'Electronic Signature' will appear at the right bottom of the footer action bar under the Send link. Read more...

Proposals and Template Designer

Proposal creation involves two distinct stages. The first stage requires that you create a starting template. The system includes two starter templates as a reference. Once the template has been created and enabled, the second stage is to leverage one of your templates to create rich proposals for your customers and prospects. Read more...

System Notifications

Users no longer have to rely on system e-mails for updates and placed orders. Two notification buttons, one green and one red, in the top bar next to your logged in name inform users of new messages. Read more...
